Returns
At Pomp, we take great pride in our reputation for incredible customer satisfaction. But we understand, sometimes, it is not a perfect fit.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns on eligible items within thirty (30) days of order delivery.
Before you return your items, contact your esthetician if you have any questions about how to use your new Pomp Beauty products, or any concerns following your use of the products. Many Pomp Beauty products are designed to be highly effective but require the trained supervision and guidance of a licensed skin care professional.
In order to be eledgible for a full refund, all products must be returned in their original packaging and unopened. Please include the original order packing slip, if possible. If your items have been opened, you may be eligible for product credit to find a solution that works for you and your skin.
Pomp reserves the right to limit returns for products based on usage. If more than half of the product has been used, the item will not be eligible for return. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Once your return has been inspected by our team we will be able to issue a refund to your original payment method on eligible orders.

Once your return reaches our facility, please allow up to three to five (3-5) business days for the return, credit, or exchange to be processed. Refunds, if applicable, will be credited back to the original payment method that you utilized for your purchase.

Exchanges
At Pomp Beauty, our goal is for you to love your skincare routine!
If after consulting with your skin care professional you wish to return one or more of your products please email us at hello@pompbeauty.com within ten (10) days of product delivery in order to be considered for a refund or product credit. After 10 days all opened product sales are final.
If you would like to exchange an opened product, kindly reach out to us at hello@pompbeauty.com within ten (10) days of receiving your order.
Please note the following guidelines for exchanges:
Timeframe for Exchange Requests: All exchange requests must be filed within ten (10) days of the delivery date.
Condition: We gladly accept returns for all orders, as long as the items are in pristine condition and in their original packaging.
Processing and Shipping: Your exchange request will be processed and shipped within three to five (3-5) business days upon submission.
Return Deadline: The exchanged product must be returned and received within ten (10) business days of the return request.
Please note: All discontinued product sales are final. All orders that used Store Credit or Referral Credit are final sale.

Damaged + Missing Items
Item(s) that are missing, defective, incorrect, or damaged in shipping must be reported to hello@pompbeauty.com within ten (10) business days of the delivery date to be returned, refunded, or exchanged and must be kept in the same condition for return. Our team will work swiftly to resolve the issue for you. Please retain both the damaged items and the packaging for further assistance.
We strongly encourage you to review the tracking information provided once you have placed your order on our website. If, for any reason, you have not received your order, please contact us within fourteen (14) business days from the shipment date. This will allow us ample time to investigate and locate your product. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you in a timely manner.
Promo Code Policy
You must apply a promo code or product credit code before checking out. By submitting your order, you are agreeing to pay the order total listed on the order summary.
Please note the following guidelines for promo codes:
Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
To apply a promo code, you must enter it prior to completing the order. Promotional codes are not valid after the expiration date and cannot be applied to your order retroactively.
Promo codes are unable to be stacked with other codes or product credits.
Product credit issued for returned items is valid for six (6) months from original order.
Shipping rates are calculated based on the total value after any promotions or product credit. To qualify for free shipping your cart value must reach the free shipping threshold after discounts are applied.
Promo codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit.
Certain products may be excluded from promo codes. See the specific details of the promo code for excluded products
Esthetician and Employee Return Policy
Please note that all esthetician and employee purchases using employee or esthetician discounts or product credit are final sale. This means that they cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund or store credit once purchased. We encourage you to carefully review your discounted items before completing your purchase. Please remember shipping rates are calculated based on the total value after any promotions or product credit. To qualify for free shipping your cart value must reach the free shipping threshold after discounts are applied. Credits cannot be traded for cash.
