Refer and Earn Policy

Give $75 in Pomp merchandise credit and get $75 off merchandise.

Referrals must be to new Pomp customers only and complete an eligible purchase on Pomp before the Referrer receives the $75 credit. Referrers can refer as many users as the referrer wants. Referrer can get up to $375 in Pomp merchandise credit, equates to 5 referrals redeeming their credit. You are not allowed to refer yourself; if this is discovered, your credit will be removed from your account and your order may be canceled.

Referral Credits cannot be redeemed for Gift Card Purchases and Gift Card purchases are not eligible to earn referral credits. Your refer and earn credit is not stackable with additional promotions, codes, or gift cards. Your credit is automatically applied to your next Pomp order, no action needed!

You are not allowed to refer yourself; if this is discovered, your credit will be removed from your account.

Referral credits may not be listed on any couponing site; this is considered fraudulent behavior and will result in credits being removed from your account and your order may be cancelled.

RIGHT TO AMEND:
The Company hereby reserves the right to amend this Agreement without Participant's consent to the extent necessary or desirable to comply with the requirements of state and federal Law.
