Your Complete Skincare How-To Guide
Continuing to learn about proper skincare from licensed esthetician, there leaves the question…
“How do I actually apply the products I’m using?”
Pomp has connected with their Licensed Estheticians to give you a COMPLETE skincare How-To Guide to learn the art of makeup removal, double-cleansing, and applying serum, moisturizer, and SPF.
How-To Use a Makeup Remover Cloth
Step 1: Start at the Top
Once removing the cloth from the package, start the makeup removal process around the eyes first. Work down from the inner corner to outer corner. Glide under the eye, then around over the lid and brow.
Step 2: Use a Second Cloth
Use a second cloth to remove the makeup from the rest of the face using gentle circular motions
Step 3: Rinse
With cool water, rinse the face. After this, you are safe to begin applying serum or moisturizer.
How-To Double Cleanse
Step 1: Precleanse
Depending on your skin type, the precleanse step could be an oil-based cleanser or a milky/lotion type cleanser.
This step is going to remove all of the dirt, makeup, oil, and debris from the day from your skin.
Step 2: Nutrients
The second cleanse will restore the pH balance of the skin.
A cleanser that begins a mild exfoliation process, like an Alpha Hydroxy, is great for deep hydration.

Step 1: Pump
Add one pump or dropper to finger tips.
Step 2: Work Around
Place serum in spots throughout the face. Start at the forehead and work down towards the cheeks, all the way to the chin.

How-To Properly Moisturize
Step 1: Pump

Step 2: Press
Press moisturizer into the skin, starting at the forehead working down.
Step 3: Rub
