Zuri's journey into the realm of esthetics was born from personal struggle. With severe eczema during her early twenties, Zuri found herself grappling with both physical discomfort and emotional distress. Traditional remedies offered temporary relief, but it wasn't enough. It wasn't until a team of compassionate estheticians came to her aid that she found healing. The holistic route worked best for Zuri's skin, igniting her interest in holistic aesthetics as a whole.

Sharing the transformative power of skincare, Zuri embarked on her esthetician journey. A fascination with health sciences and wellness cured all her hesitation. "I flirted with the idea of aesthetics for about 2 years before I finally enrolled in a program," Zuri admits. "I've loved the journey, everything I've learned along the way & enjoy the ample diversity of services one can choose to provide while helping clients feel their absolute best."

Zuri now specializes in facials, peels, and micro-needling to a versatile esthetics generalist. For Zuri, the most profound moments of her career lie in connections forged with her clients. "Best client experience so far has probably been being able to give back to my friend/neighbor from 2020," Zuri says. "The world was shut down and I had just moved to a new neighborhood with my dog. She opened her home to me and became like a second mom overall. This year I decided to enter the skin games and I had the pleasure of having her be my model for my age management case study. Being able to treat her to 8 complimentary weekly services is something I never thought I'd be able to do but it felt incredible being able to do so. Not to mention it made for an awesome case study to challenge me and taught me so much."
